Brittany Lipoma grew up in Prairieville, LA and graduated from Dutchtown High School. She always had a passion for caring for others and decided to become a Physician Assistant after watching her mother courageously battle cancer. Brittany has decided to come home to Flood Family Medical Center (FFMC) to serve her community that she cares so much for.
Brittany worked hard to graduate with Honors from Louisiana State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, while working as a medical scribe at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. She then went on to graduate as Valedictorian from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport, receiving a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. She has practiced as a Physician Assistant in an acute care setting for the past four (4) years. This has given Brittany a broad range of knowledge in all medical specialties, and she has now decided to follow her passion for providing high quality health care in a primary care setting to assess the needs of the patients within her community. Brittany has a special interest in aesthetics and skin care.
In her free time, she enjoys sewing, painting, sailing, snow skiing, cosmetics, fitness, and making dog dresses for her Pomeranian.
